Regiment von Riedesel, Unteroffizier
The Leibkompanie of Regiment von Riedesel included twelve Unteroffizieren or Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO's). Non-commissioned officers of Regiment von Riedesel wore uniforms similar to that of regular musketeers however there were slight differences.
As NCO's carried pole arms, their coats were not made with epelletes. They also featured silver lace trim on the facings collar and cuffs.
The NCO's hat was also of black felt wool, but featured silver lace, and reversed colored poms on his hat.
Attached to his top right buttonhole, he would wear a cane.
He would also wear white leather gloves, to denote his status.
Many NCO's would also carry haversacks and tornisters while on the march.
